VI Villa Solutions is a boutique luxury property management company based on St. Thomas, USVI.

Founded by Connor Stahl, who has proudly called St. Thomas home for over a decade, VI Villa Solutions was created with one simple goal: to deliver exceptional, personalized care to a small portfolio of high-end homes. Connor moved to the Virgin Islands from Colorado more than ten years ago and quickly fell in love with the island’s culture, beauty, and community.

Here, he met his wife Chelsea, a St. Thomas native, and together they are raising their son Brewer surrounded by family and island life. Hospitality is truly a family business — blending Connor’s professional expertise with Chelsea’s deep local roots and attention to detail. Together, they bring over 20 years of combined luxury hospitality experience and more than five years specializing in villa management on St. Thomas.

Unlike large management companies juggling dozens of properties, VI Villa Solutions intentionally manages no more than five villas at any time. This selective approach allows each home to receive white-glove attention, proactive oversight, and personalized care that simply isn’t possible at scale. Your property is never just another listing — it becomes a priority.

We believe true luxury lies in thoughtful service, consistency, and presence. By keeping our portfolio small, we are able to deliver Ritz-level hospitality while maintaining the warmth and responsiveness of a boutique operation.

Connor is a 10+ year local, and Chelsea was born and raised on St. Thomas — giving VI Villa Solutions unmatched insight into the island, its vendors, its neighborhoods, and its rhythms.

We are East End–based and primarily serve East End and Southside properties, allowing for an average 30-minute response time for guest needs or property issues. While we are always open to exceptional homes elsewhere on St. Thomas, our location ensures hands-on management, consistent on-site presence, and rapid support when it matters most. This local proximity translates directly into better guest experiences and stronger property protection.
